For independent restaurants in New Zealand

Book a demo.

Tell us a bit about your restaurant in New Zealand. We'll walk you through the exact flow on your existing phone number in a 15-minute demo — pickup orders, reservations, staff alerts, and the dashboard included.

Tell us about your venue

Every field is optional except the ones marked required. Submissions go to info@soulid.ai, and the market is tagged as New Zealand so enquiries can be triaged correctly.

We'll reply within one business day. Your details are used only to respond to this enquiry.

What happens next

Three short steps, no surprises.

1

We review your venue details.

The form gives us your location, call volume, and the main pressure point so the walkthrough is grounded in your real service.

2

We walk you through the New Zealand flow.

Same Soulid product story, with the local details that matter: NZD pricing once approved, New Zealand privacy handling, and proof framed as first pilot — Mehfil Restaurant, Sydney until local proof is approved.

3

We book the live demo and rollout discussion.

If the fit is right, we talk setup timing, the six-week trial, and what needs to be configured before traffic flips onto your existing number.

Is Soulid a fit?

Soulid is probably a fit if…

  • You run an independent restaurant in New Zealand, whether it's one venue or a small group.
  • Your phone rings during service and someone always has to step away to answer it.
  • Pickup orders and reservations are both creating pressure on the floor.
  • You want visibility into what happened on the phone without changing your number.
  • You'd rather test the real flow than sit through a generic software pitch.

If any of that sounds like your Friday night, the demo is the fastest way to see whether Soulid earns its place in the operation.

Less of a fit — and we'll say so

Where Phase 1 Soulid isn't the right call.

  • Delivery-only dark kitchens with no pickup or booking flow — Phase 1 doesn't do delivery dispatch.
  • Venues taking card payments over the phone — Phase 1 doesn't process phone payments.
  • National chains with long procurement cycles — Soulid is built for independents and small groups first.
  • Venues expecting unsupported integrations on day one — we won't imply them in the demo.

If your venue sits outside the fit, we'll tell you on the demo call. It's better to be truthful early than stretch the product story.

Quick answers

Before you fill in the form.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No. The demo is a walkthrough of the actual flow Soulid would run on your number. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so directly.

How do New Zealand privacy questions get handled?

We cover the practical workflow in the demo and point you to /privacy/#new-zealand for the live New Zealand addendum. Final legal wording is still being completed, so where a detail isn't signed off yet, we say that clearly.

Do you have a public New Zealand phone line?

Not yet. Until a New Zealand phone number is approved, all New Zealand enquiries route through info@soulid.ai so nothing falls through the cracks.

Can I bring my chef, manager, or co-owner to the demo?

Yes. We recommend it. The call flow touches the pass, reservations, and front of house, so it helps to have the people who live those handoffs in the room.

Prefer email? Send your venue name and city to info@soulid.ai and we'll organise the demo that way.
