  • Venues taking payment over the phone — Phase 1 doesn't process card payments.

  • National chains with corporate procurement cycles — we're built for independents.

If your venue sits outside the fit, we'll say so on the demo call. We'd rather not sign the wrong customer than stretch what Soulid ships today.

No. The demo is a product walkthrough of the exact flow Soulid would run on your number. If at the end it isn't a fit, we'll say so — and we won't follow up with a drip sequence.

Do you have a phone line for enquiries?

Not publicly listed yet — we route all enquiries through info@soulid.ai so nothing falls through the cracks while the founder team is still deep in pilot operations.

Can I bring my chef or manager to the demo?

Yes, and we recommend it. The flow touches the kitchen pass and the floor, so having the team in the room surfaces real operational questions early.
