For independent restaurants in Australia

Simple pricing that should pay for itself fast.

Choose a plan based on your venue size, call volume, and operational complexity. No per-cover booking fees. No surprise call-centre charges. Exact Australian pricing is being finalised — book a demo and we'll walk you through the plan that fits.

Our pricing philosophy

What you pay should match what you get back.

The real comparison isn't software versus nothing. It's missed revenue, manual admin time, and the hidden cost of staff constantly being pulled onto the phone. Soulid is priced as a monthly operating decision, not a shiny add-on — and we write that on the tin.

Flat monthly fee

One predictable number on the invoice. No per-cover booking fees. No per-minute call-centre surcharges on a busy Saturday.

Priced for Australian venues

Set against Australian labour costs and Australian call volumes — not converted from overseas tools with overseas economics.

Pay once you've seen it work

Start with the Free 6 weeks trial with terms and conditions. You see the captured revenue, the operational lift, and the dashboard before a paid month begins.

Plans

Starter, Growth, Multi-Site.

Three clean tiers. Everything you need in the right tier, nothing you don't. Exact Australian pricing is being finalised — the tier names and inclusions below are final; we'll walk you through the number in a demo.

Starter

Single-location venues with lower to moderate call volume.

  • 24/7 inbound call answering
  • Pickup order handling with read-back
  • Table reservation handling
  • Staff alerts by WhatsApp or SMS
  • Core manager dashboard
  • Free 6 weeks trial with terms and conditions

Multi-Site

Restaurant groups running two to five locations.

  • Everything in Growth
  • Centralised multi-location dashboard
  • Group-level operational control
  • Shared menu and hour configuration
  • Per-venue drilldown for the owner
  • Tailored rollout planning

Included in every plan

The essentials aren't an upgrade.

Some things ship on every tier because they're what makes Soulid actually work on a Friday night.

  • Setup support. Menu configuration, operating hours, staff notification contacts, and first-week test calls are handled with your team.
  • Works with your existing phone number. No porting, no new number for regulars to learn.
  • Australian accent voice. Trained on Australian speech patterns and comfortable with local place names.
  • Dashboard access. Live view of calls, orders, reservations, and revenue impact for every plan.
  • WhatsApp and SMS notifications. Staff alerts out, customer confirmations out, no extra channel to manage.
  • Human escalation. Complex or frustrated calls transfer to a staff member you nominate.
  • Call recording disclosure. Compliant handling aligned to the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988.
  • End-of-shift summary. Short WhatsApp close-out so the owner doesn't reconstruct the night.
  • Free 6 weeks trial with terms and conditions. Same trial terms on every plan.
  • Flat monthly pricing. No per-cover booking fees. No per-minute phone-line surcharges.

Plan chooser

Which plan fits you?

Two questions get most venues to the right tier.

Question 1

How many venues do you run?

One venue → Starter or Growth. Two to five venues → Multi-Site. More than five → Talk to Sales; we'll scope it properly rather than stretching Multi-Site.

Question 2

Is your phone line a manageable trickle, or does it spike hard at service?

Manageable trickle on one venue → Starter. Heavy lunch-and-dinner spikes, reservations on top of orders, or overflow-queue flows → Growth. A pickup-led kitchen that hits 80+ inbound calls on a Friday → Growth, not Starter.

Still not sure?

Book a demo and we'll help you size it.

We'd rather walk through your actual call volume and operating pattern with you than push the wrong tier. A 15-minute demo is enough to recommend the right plan.

ROI framing

The real comparison isn't software versus nothing.

It's missed revenue versus captured revenue. Manual admin time versus reclaimed service time. Staff constantly being pulled onto the phone versus staff staying on the floor.

Reference point

What Mehfil saw in 8 weeks.

Our first deployed use case, across two Sydney suburban venues:

  • $10,000 captured in additional revenue that was previously lost to missed calls
  • 10 hours per week of staff time returned from phone duty to service
  • Over 8 weeks as the pilot measurement window

Every venue's numbers are different. The shape is consistent: a few recovered bookings or pickup orders each week typically shifts how the monthly fee lands on the P&L. We won't invent an ROI for your venue — we'll sit with you and look at the real call volume in a demo.

Pricing FAQ

Questions about cost and terms.

Why isn't the exact price on the page?

We're finalising Australian pricing with our commercial team and don't want to publish a guessed number and then revise it. The plan structure, inclusions, and trial terms above are final — book a demo and we'll walk you through the number for your venue size.

What does the 6-week trial include?

Free 6 weeks trial with terms and conditions. During the trial you get the full feature set of the plan you chose — call answering, orders, reservations, dashboard, and staff alerts. The terms and conditions document lays out fair-use limits, trial duration rules, and what happens at conversion; we send it before you sign.

Are there per-cover or per-minute fees?

No per-cover booking fees. No per-minute call-centre surcharges on busy nights. Soulid is flat monthly pricing by plan tier. If a venue is growing out of its tier, we move it up — no surprise invoice.

Do I need new hardware?

Not for the core flow. Soulid works with your existing phone number through call forwarding, and with your existing Wi-Fi or Bluetooth receipt printer for kitchen tickets. If your printer is older than a decade and needs replacing, we'll flag that as part of setup.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Most venues start on Starter and move to Growth as volume climbs, or start on Growth and add a second venue later that tips them into Multi-Site. Plan changes take effect from the next billing month.
